From handwritten service notes to verifiable fields
After leaving, the master left on the sheet: "Not launched; pre-guard. whole; contact cleared - there is a launch." For the dispatcher, this is a short, understandable story. For the application, there are several different facts: the initial complaint, the result of the verification, the action performed and the observation after it. A useful server project helps prepare these fields for confirmation by saving a photo of the record. A simple reprint of all the words does not turn the sheet into a reliable work card.

First, determine what solutions the service needs.
Start with one process: closing field applications or a technical guide to workshop records. For example, the manager needs the reason for the appeal, the verified node, the operation performed and the result of the control inclusion. Separate the information from the words of the client and the observations of the master. The phrase “client says he’s warming up” should not be included in the confirmed fault field without proper verification.
The dictionary of operations is coordinated with the employees. "Verified", "cleaned" and "replaced" denote different actions, even if the same node is indicated next to it. The abbreviation “substitute” can have several readings in a particular team. The application offers an option and shows the source portion; the final value is confirmed by the person. This allows you to search for performed operations by accepted names, while maintaining the original wording of the master.
From the image line to the confirmed field
Each quotation field should have three bases: a fragment of the photo, a recognized string and a rule for its transformation. For example, the above “pre-installed” refers to the result of the check, and “contact cleared” refers to the action. If the words are connected by an arrow, crossed out or written in the margins, the location of the mark should be shown to the inspector together with the surrounding record.
Separately keep the denials. The words "defect not confirmed" and "defect confirmed" differ in one short word, but lead to different conclusions. A missed word should not be recovered from the expected repair scenario. An unconfirmed field requires a clear status so that the draft doesn’t look like the finished work in the supervisor’s report.

Recognition of handwriting is selected on their own sheets
The PaddleOCR documentation for the PP-OCRv5 family lists multilingual models; for Cyrillic, Russian and Kazakh are specified, in particular. This is a reason to consider the relevant model as a candidate. Support for the alphabet does not in itself prove recognition of Russian service handwriting: published handwritten examples and assessments of the basic description are related to other language sets. Therefore, for the pilot, collect the sheets of several masters: legible, fast, with cuts, corrections and mixing printed designations with the manuscript. Leave some of the documents for the final check and do not use when setting up. If the model does not fit, selecting a different recognizer or manually entering the disputed string should remain possible. The goal of the project is to conveniently obtain proven fields, and not the mandatory use of one program.
Check the meaning, not just the number of recognized pages
Two independent results require verification: whether the line is correctly read and whether the action is correctly selected from it. An unmistakably recognized “recommended replacement” cannot be written as a completed replacement. In the control sample, fields are compared with pre-agreed responses, separately taking into account the loss of denial, the confusion of the complaint with the diagnosis, and turning the recommendation into a work.
The employee must correct the field next to the source, see the author of the confirmation and return to the previous version. Sending to the current service system occurs after the recording is accepted. The format of the exchange, the transaction directories and the rights of correction are agreed separately. So the pilot can be evaluated by the time of reconciliation and the remaining semantic errors, and then decide to expand to other teams.
One entry sometimes describes several visits. Then the application needs separate events with dates, rather than one overall result "fixed." If the wizard added a clarification later, keep both versions and the link between them. The responsible person chooses what is relevant to the initial inspection and what is related to the re-examination. Such an example should be included in the pilot: it shows whether the project is able to keep the sequence of work with a short and incomplete presentation.
What to order with the server platform
To calculate, specify the number of sheets per shift, the quality of images, languages and handwriting, a list of fields that simultaneously check and the current accounting system. The quotation separately includes recognition, field conversion, confirmation interface, original storage, and integration. These jobs do not automatically occur when buying equipment.

Questions before ordering
Can you promise to recognize Russian handwriting by supporting the Russian language in the model?
Nope. The language set shows which model to consider for the pilot. The quality of a particular handwriting, abbreviations and corrections is checked on their own sheets; reading a line and highlighting meaning are evaluated separately.
What to do with a “replacement recommended” record if the field requires work done?
Save the recommendation in a separate field. It cannot be turned into a substitute. The interface should show the original phrase and give the employee confirmation of the appropriate status.
What do I need to send for quotation on the server and implementation?
Several typical and complex sheets, a list of required fields, the number of documents per shift, languages, confirmation rules and the format of exchange with the service system. The configuration of the equipment and the included works are consistent with this data.
