First, agree on network access.
The MTP6550 is a handheld TETRA terminal. Motorola’s documentation separates work through TMO infrastructure and direct DMO mode. For procurement, these modes should be described as different work scenarios: who the employee should call through the network and what direct communication is really provided.
Inform the administrator of the complete configuration of the proposed equipment and agree on the necessary identification information, configuration and acceptance procedure. Secret keys and other private settings should not be sent to a general purchase order. It is enough to specify the responsible and requirements for the transfer of equipment for setting up.
Make an issue sheet.
For each workplace, write down the role, the required groups, the user, or the order of the shift transfer and the list of accessories. If one device is transferred between employees, separately determine who checks the kit before issuing and who is notified of the malfunction. The individual number helps to correlate the device, battery and state record.
You do not need to transfer to order all possible family functions. Disturbing scenarios, communication protection, and additional features depend on configuration, configuration, and the entire system. The terms of their use are confirmed separately; the advertising name of the function does not replace the accepted procedure in the enterprise.
Consider batteries and charging places
Describe the duration and order of the shifts, the available charging time and the actual composition of the chargers available. This is the initial data for the kit, and not a way to promise a universal number of hours in advance. The condition and capacity of specific batteries are confirmed by quotation.
A terminal, suitable antenna, battery, charger, case and agreed audio accessory may be included in one sheet. Tell them what is and should be preserved. The handheld station photo does not prove the inclusion of all the listed parts in the price; the composition of the order and the total result are recorded in writing.
Reception before handing over
Check the marking, the accessories received and the condition. Then, according to the agreed program, it is the user’s working actions and the provided communication that are checked. The green indication of the device on by itself does not prove access to the desired group or readiness of the alarm scenario.
Give the employee a brief memo on his functions and the order of treatment when the problem. Configuration and change data is stored by the designated authority. If you want to work outside the infrastructure, its conditions are described separately: DMO does not guarantee communication at any distance and does not replace all network functions.
To buy the MTP6550 for delivery to St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar or another city, send the number, working roles, information about the infrastructure and the composition of the saved parts. Condition, kit, documents, cost and term will be confirmed before ordering. The model is discontinued; the proposed equipment should not be automatically considered a new product of current production.
